Cameron Diaz was snapped on the set of her new film, My Sister’s Keeper, Wednesday in Los Angeles…

And she was bald!

And, we don’t think it’s fake!

Diaz told the assembled paparazzi that she really did shave off all her hair.

She could have been lying to them, though!
