T.I. Calls Iggy Azalea The 'Tarnish Of My Legacy' - And She Claps Back EVEN HARDER!

T.I. probably isn’t going to get a Christmas card from Iggy Azalea this year! Not after these comments, at least!

The Grand Hustle record label exec and longtime rapper was in Atlanta this week promoting his new Netflix show Rhythm + Flow, when, at one point during a press interview on Wednesday, the 39-year-old took a left turn and decided to go off on the Fancy rapper.

T.I. first signed the Australian-born Azalea — who memorably burst onto the rap scene out of nowhere as though she’d been raised in the Dirty South her entire life — to a deal way back in 2011 for the Grand Hustle label.

She was quite successful there for a while, but T.I. eventually cut ties with her in 2015 — and clearly, her controversial career has been weighing on the Got Your Back rapper.

Per The Root, T.I. didn’t hold back in calling Azalea’s addition a mistake — while making a hell of a comparison along the way (below):

“I’m still actively looking for another female rapper who can undo the blunder of Iggy Azalea. That is the tarnish of my legacy as far as [being] a [music] executive is concerned. To me, this is like when Michael Jordan went to play baseball.”

Um… wow! Those are strong words!!!

And as you might expect, the Kream rapper quickly responded to T.I.’s comments, firing off a since-deleted tweet defending herself (below):

“Imagine thinking I was his biggest blunder lmaoooooooooooooo Tip. Sweetie. We have a whole list for you.”

She quickly followed it up with a second now-deleted tweet, too, in which she called the rapper a “huge misogynist” (below):

“The tea I could spill on what bulls**t this is but at the end of the day I think people can see it’s clear he’s salty. He’s a huge misogynist and has never been able to have a conversation with any woman in which he doesn’t speak like a fortune cookie.”

Wow!!! That’s a hell of a read!!!

Both feud participants were pretty quiet on social media on Thursday, so it appears the blow-up may have died down… for now, at least. Surely, if T.I. has been holding on to this one for years like it appears he has, we can safely say this feud ain’t dead forever! That’s a long grudge to hold! Just saying!!
