We already let you know that Tim Tebow defied critics to lead the Broncos to victory last night — with a performance that was pretty average.
Until the end, that is.
Tebow threw an 80 yard pass that ended the game in OT. But the game wasn’t the only thing he won last night: he also beat a record on twitter.
The throw resulted in users tweeting 9,420 times per second!
That’s unbelievable. It even beat out a few other things that were seemingly more important, like: The Royal Wedding (3,966), Bin Laden Raid (5,106) & Steve Jobs‘ Death (6,049)!
Quite the achievement, we’d say!
The Broncos next play the Patriots — we’ll see if he has anything else up his sleeve!
