Season two of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt is almost here!
To celebrate, Tina Fey and Ellie Kemper hit up the show’s world premiere in New York City on Wednesday night!
Not looking very Kimmy-fied, the 45-year-old comedienne went the chic and sophisticated route for the purple carpet, dressed in a striped A-line midi skirt with black accents.

Meanwhile, the show’s starlet brought a little more color with her printed Tanya Taylor mini dress!
Sadly, her rust-colored pumps and metallic gold clutch felt like the completely wrong accents for this spring-worthy ensem.
Guess Schmidt is still getting used to today’s stylings. LOLz!
