Tom Brady Is ‘Stunned’ - He ‘Never Imagined’ Gisele Bündchen Would Get Pregnant With New Guy

Tom Brady is still coming to terms with the “shock” of Gisele Bündchen’s pregnancy with another man.

It’s been a couple days now since the world found out about the Brazilian model’s pregnancy with Jiu Jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente. For a lot of people, it came as a complete surprise. But no one felt that shock more than her ex!

On Wednesday, an insider told Page Six the NFL legend “never imagined” Gisele would get pregnant with Joaquim, despite how close they’ve gotten:

“Tom knew that things were serious between Gisele and Joaquin but he never imagined they would be having a child together. It just wasn’t something that was on his radar. So when Gisele broke the news to him he was stunned, to say the least.”

Well, we heard it actually wasn’t necessarily on the happy couple’s radar, either. A source told DailyMail.com earlier this week the pregnancy was “unexpected” for them as they were “not planning to have a child together.” But now they’re here — and reportedly pretty “happy” about it! And Tom’s getting there, too…

The source told Page Six “after the initial shock wore off,” the retired athlete has “grown used to the idea and he’s happy for Gisele.” As we know, she gave him a little heads up about the news before going public — though it’s not clear exactly when. The source added:

“At the end of the day, Tom’s sole focus is on his children and his career. What Gisele decides to do with her own life is really none of his business.”

True dat! They’ve been divorced for two years now! They have to move on from each other at some point!

On Tuesday, an insider also told DailyMail.com the 47-year-old is trying to give his ex-wife the same respect about her new child as she once did with his 17-year-old son Jack, whom he welcomed with Bridget Moynahan prior to marrying the former Victoria’s Secret model. Fair enough!
