Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney may tie the knot… AGAIN!
As we reported, during an interview with the REALITY BYTES! podcast, Lance Bass claimed the two Vanderpump Rules stars — who had a ceremony in August 2016 — are NOT legally married.

Per Instagram Stories, the two — as well as co-stars Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Stassi Schroeder, Lala Kent, Beau Clark, Tom Sandoval, and Ariana Madix — are vacationing at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
According to E! News on Thursday, the pair obtained a marriage license in Sin City — leading many to believe the two are going to get (legally) hitched.
While appearing on the podcast, the former ‘NSYNC band member dished:
“We just found out Tom and Katie are not married… They did not send in their materials right, so, they are not married.”
The musician said this debacle “might be a little story line” on the next season of their hit Bravo series — which now seems VERY likely!
Legally married or not, in August 2018, Schwartz and Maloney celebrated the two-year anniversary of their nuptials.
He wrote on IG:
“2 years strong bub! Let’s keep it going now until infinity. I’m so happy all the choices I’ve made in my life, good and bad, lead me to you. I should be whispering this into your ear but instead I’m writing it on Instagram as you lay 2 feet away from me. Such is life in 2018. I’ll tell you this all to your face drunkenly later tonight while we are celebrating the love of @rocmaloneyphoto & @namasteji . You are my favorite person in the world to do nothing with. And that’s something. Love you deeply. Happy anniversary Bubba”
She penned:
“Happy 2 year anniversary to the love of my life, my best friend, my ninja turtle, my special guy, Postmates partner, and the only one I wanna grow old with. You have shown me so much love and gratitude over the years and can’t imagine my life without you. Here’s to many more bubba!”
Back in June 2017, the SUR waitress SLAMMED split rumors, telling E! News:
“We are madly in love… I feel like marriage really suits us. We’ve been through so much, especially since last summer… Everyone says the first year of marriage is the hardest, but it’s been like 89 percent blissful.”
She added:
“We like to think that we exercised all the bad stuff. We got about 15 years worth of fighting out in about three years, so we’re good now. It’s been smooth sailing… We’re not pretending that we’re perfect. We have our ups and downs, but for the most part — at least relatively speaking in comparison to our earlier relationship — it’s been blissful.”
