Al Gore‘s former college roommate wants his $10 million. Now!
Actor Tommy Lee Jones has sued all the suits associated with the acclaimed film No Country for Old Men, including its studio, Paramount Pictures.
He claims that they’ve failed to pay him more than $10 million he is owed, according to his contract.
Legal paperwork filed said that in exchange for acting in the film and providing “additional related services” for the movie’s promotion the moviemakers agreed to pay Jones a fixed “up-front” fee and, depending upon the film’s financial success, “significant box-office bonuses and ‘back-end’ compensation.”
The movie earned lots of Oscar nominations so we’re assuming that means it made a nice chunk of money!
