Toni Braxton Bankruptcy Battle Comes To A Close!

It feels like Toni Braxton has been in bankruptcy forever, no?!
The singer filed for Chapter 7 back in 2010 for the second time in her career!
This time around, it allegedly took $150,000 for a fresh start!
According to docs filed in the bankruptcy, Toni made a deal with a trustee to buy back some personal property she had to say bye-bye to!
TB was to pay $5,000 a month for 15 months to the trustee, and $50,000 for the final payment. She wrote all checks, except for the final sum!
Uh-ohhhh!
The smoking gun of the missing check was $754,000 paid to Toni-Tone for overseas performances. The trustee thought the singer should fork over the moolah because it was issued after she filed for bankruptcy!
Obvi the Braxton Family Values star thought she should keep the dough, because she EARNED IT!!!
Hence, the missing check.
The trustee and Toni finally came to an agreement this week where she agreed to pay the final $50,000 owed!
Finally, girl.
Case adjourned!
