On Thursday, it was confirmed that Pretty Little Liars alum Torrey DeVitto and Dancing With The Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev are officially dating. Aww!

However, Miz DeVitto’s rep made sure to note:
“It’s a new relationship.”
Not to mention, this romance news dropped the same day it was reported that the twosome were “very touchy” at the Philosophy Hope & Grace Luncheon in El Lay. Coincidence? We don’t think so!
A source shared:
“He seemed to have his arm in her lap nearly the whole time. They seemed very happy.”
However, the Chicago Med actress had more than just love on her mind at the gala event as she served as the host and even opened up about her own struggles with anxiety. The 31-year-old also provided an anecdote about the stigmas placed on mental illness.
She relayed:
“I have somebody in my life who thought they were really, really sick and had all these tests, and then they came to find out that it was just panic attacks they were going through, and when they found that out the search stopped. If it was a broken rib or a broken arm or something they would have put a cast on that arm, so it’s like why would you not now seek out therapy or treat it somehow. It’s important.”
Well said. Nonetheless, we’re just happy to hear that Torrey is doing so well after her February split from Undateable‘s Rick Glassman and her 2013 divorce from The Vampire Diaries‘ Paul Wesley.
Although, we wonder if this new relationship means Torrey will become a contestant on DWTS? Oh, we hope so!
