Airplane Ja-rama!
It seems like every month we hear another crazy story about TSA and their rigid travel regulations.
This month it was when we told you about the little old lady who claims she was forced to remove her adult diaper.
Well now TSA is denying the accusations saying they gave her a number of choices to pass inspection with and diaper removal is the one she chose.
TSA released a statement Sunday night saying:
We have reviewed the circumstances involving this screening and determined that our officers acted professionally, according to proper procedure and did not require this passenger to remove an adult diaper. Various options to proceed through the checkpoint were presented to the passenger and her daughter during private screening to resolve an anomaly discovered during a pat down. Although TSA did not request it, the daughter ultimately chose to remove the adult diaper in a bathroom and return to the checkpoint.
Um, if that’s true, we don’t even want to know what the other options were.
We realize the Transportation nazis Security Administration enacts certain procedures for our protection, but did they really think granny had some liquid explosives in that thing!?!
