Turtle Causes Traffic Jam

Slow and steady, huh?

This speedy turtle was fast enough to runny away from home, but when he got to the street this fickle little thing decided to take a nap.

Officers had to shut down a road while they looked for his owners. LOL!

His owner now says she’s considering getting him a turtle leash.
