Twiggy Slams Designers Who Use Fur

Iconic supermodel Twiggy has come out blasting designers who use real fur because it comes from animals who were kept in inhumane conditions.

The 60 year old PETA activist says “I am very sad that some designs are still using real fur when the fake alternatives are so effective and so easily obtainable.”

She makes a good point, unfortunately some designers want the real thing.

Twig adds “These poor animals are kept in such terrible and inhumane conditions. Is it really worth this cruelty just for fashion’s sake? I don’t think so.”

Try telling that to Johnny Weir.
