Last year, former TV actress Mischa Barton was arrested for a DUI, though that hasn’t stopped her from drinking again – drinking hard.
Just last week, Mushy attended the Oakley/Muscle Milk’s X Games bash at the Key Club.
And according to reports, she got way wasted!
Thankfully, this time around she didn’t drive home.
She was probably too drunk to remember where she lives!
It’s still hypocritical of her to be drinking. Especially since Fartone claims to be sober.
In an interview with Britain’s Marie Claire magazine, Mushy talks about for DUI arrest, saying “The thing is, I hate drunk drivers. Living in L.A., I can’t stand them, and that’s why I was so disappointed in myself. I wanted to prove to the court that I would take it completely seriously, so I went to rehab to prove I was sober.
Guess rehab didn’t work for you!
