Yes! We’re so glad she spoke out about this!
Uma Thurman probably didn’t think opting out of wearing a smokey eye at The Slap premiere on Monday would cause such a hubbub, but it doesn’t seem to have bothered her very much.

The actress appeared on The Today Show on Thursday where she was asked about the reaction to her appearance, and she had a very calm and sensible answer.
Uma also looked more like her usual self (thanks, mascara!) as she arrived to the show’s studios in NYC, but dressed rather low-key in jeans, a white button-up, and blue pinstriped vest.

That’s a very healthy attitude to have about fame, that’s for sure!
