Whoa! We totes didn’t recognize her!
Victoria Beckham graces the cover of Elle UK’s March issue and she looks a bit, well, altered.
Somebody definitely got a little Photoshop-happy here! Or maybe it’s just the exaggerated pout and heavy-handed blush.
And is it just us or do her normally brown eyes look kind of blue-ish?
We LOVE Victoria, but this is kind of an awkward cover, and even that lacy Burberry bodysuit and gray coat don’t make it any better.
Inside the mag, however, Miz Beckham looks very much like her pretty self in a gorgeous lime green Chalayan peplum top and black undies, and a crinkled gray Miu Miu skirt and black crop top.
The super relevant fashion designer also talks about how hard she works, telling the mag:
“It was never my intention to prove anybody wrong. I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it. I don├óΓé¼Γäót have to work, I need to work. All these people [her fellow fashion designers], they├óΓé¼Γäóve not just been given anything. They├óΓé¼Γäóve worked hard. And I├óΓé¼Γäóve never been given anything either. But I have a good work ethic; David has an incredible work ethic. I want my kids to have a good work ethic. I believe you can achieve anything if you work hard enough to get it.”
And it’s no surprise to learn that she’s a control freak when it comes to fashion and her designs.
She says:
“You├óΓé¼Γäóve got to trust people. And because I am a control freak, sometimes that├óΓé¼Γäós difficult for me, because I want to micro-manage absolutely everything. I can├óΓé¼Γäót hand over. But I├óΓé¼Γäóm trying to do that more. It├óΓé¼Γäós hard because I have such a specific vision.”
