Victorious! Kate Beckinsale Gets Paid

C-list actress Kate Bekinsale has won a lawsuit against a British tabloid. Albeit, a silly silly lawsuit!

The Daily Express ran a story stating that Kate Beckinsale had been dropped from a remake of Barbarella, even though – in actuality – she was never even in consideration for the role.

This just wasn’t so and Kate took their asses to trial! Though she didn’t actually show up in the courtroom, she has people for that!

The actress was awarded over $12,000 in damages, which the newspaper gave willingly along with their “sincere” apologies.

She almost doesn’t have to do movies anymore. She can just sue all the different media outlets and make a career out of that!
