Warner Bros Has Resolved Their Hangover Lawsuits!

We’re glad to hear it. This was getting ug-ly!
To recap – back in September, a stuntman on the Hangover Part II set suffered brain injuries when a stunt went wrong, and as a result he filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros for negligence.
Then in October, a man claimed the studio stole the story for The Hangover Part II from his “Asian adventures.” Ugh.
Now, WB has officially resolved everything, and we’re hearing that “both plaintiffs dismissed their lawsuits voluntarily.”
No specific word on whether or not these two reached private settlements with WB, but we have a feeling that’s probably what happened…especially in the case with the stuntman.
We’re just glad this has all been taken care of, so WB and the Hangover team can move forward with Part III, which we have a feeling will be superior to the second one!
