Wesley Snipes is out for revenge!
He claims his ex-financial advisor, Kenneth Starr, lied under oath and should be charged with perjury for turning the jury against him.
Starr, who plead guilty today to wire fraud, investment fraud, and money laundering, screwed his clients out of $20-50 million and is facing 45 years in prison.
That’s gotta sting.
Snipes, who is facing three years in jail, is demanding a retrial due to Starr’s alleged perjury and because he was under investigation for fraud when he took the stand against Snipes.
Looks like crazy Wesley might have a shot at getting his retrial!
