Whitney Houston‘s highly anticipated comeback performance on Good Morning America in Central Park was disappointing to many, as the diva’s voice didn’t meet many fans’ expectations.
Whitney apologized to the crowd, even bringing Oprah Winfrey into the explanation!
She said: “I’m so sorry. I did Oprah. I’ve been talking for so long…I talked so much my voice…I shouldn’t be talking, I should be singing.”
Whitney’s fans, coming as far as from Australia to see the superstar perform, were supportive of Whitney despite her unusually husky voice missing the high notes that made her famous.
Whitney, the world wants you to succeed, but no more excuses! Rest that voice of yours and be sure to WOW us next time!
