Yaya DaCosta has proven yet again that she was absolutely the right choice to play Whitney Houston!
We’re so excited for the Angela Bassett-directed Lifetime biopic Whitney!!
Yaya’s got the look, while the vocals in the movie are actually provided by singer-songwriter Deborah Cox.

Together, they’ve done the impossible and recreated Whitney Houston. Yup, Whitney was something else. So special it took two women to properly portray her on film!
