Designer Adrienne Baravetto has filed a lawsuit in El Lay against Whitney Port claiming she was stiffed out of a deal when it came to The City star’s clothing line Whitney Eve.
In the suit, Adrienne says a verbal agreement was made between Whitney and her father to create a clothing line called Eve & A. From the deal, the designer was promised $80,000 annual salary plus 25% of the company.
However, Baravetto was quickly cut from the deal once the line got “positive” media attention and changed to Whitney Eve.
While no written contract was made, the S.O.L. designer wants everything she was promised, plus punitive damages.
So far the only thing Whitney’s rep has said is the lawsuit is “baseless and without merit”.
She should have gotten a written contract! The he said she said bullshiz can only take you so far in court!
