This seems like some sweet gorss-as-hell revenge for a grumpy old man!

According the guy behind the camera:

“Every day he walks his dog about 7 am so his dog can shit on other people’s property. LAWN, SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAYS, EVEN ONCE ON THE BOTTOM STEP OF THE FRONT PORCH. He never brings a bag, never picks it up. EVERY DAY FOR YEARS. He’s been confronted in the past by other neighbors and either denies it or says he’ll pick it up later.”
