Apparently, a company used a photo of Will Ferrell from the movie Elf without the actor’s permission for a deal on an AR-15, which is not a code for some sort of engine part to Santa’s sleigh. It’s a gun.
The company that produced Elf is even more upset, and has issued a cease and desist!
Luckily for everyone still wishing to preserve the Christmas spirit, the company has allegedly taken down the ad already.
Well, we’re glad that’s taken care of. Now, we can go back to getting ready for the Holidays by eating from the four main food groups: candy, candy canes, candy corns, and syrup.
