On Thursday, the That ’70s Show alum shared a video on Twitter where he surprised his momma by buying the house next door to his!

He jokingly (we think) explained:
“I want her to live next door to me because when I have my kids I want a built-in babysitter.”
When the 38-year-old dropped the exciting news, his mom totally thought he was a “liar.” When she realized he was telling the truth, she was in total shock!
Sobeida exclaimed:
“I thought you were messing with me… It’s just that I”m still in shock. Oh no, I still can’t believe it.”
The NCIS thespian captioned the touching clip:
