If you’re anything like us, you were FREAKING OUT watching Winona Ryder‘s weird ass reactions to her costar David Harbour‘s speech as he blasted Donald Trump and pledged Hollywood “will shelter freaks and outcasts.”
The memes and GIFs have understandably made their way around the Internet — and now we’ve got some explanation for the actress’ bizarre behavior.

TMZ caught up with Stranger Things fave and all-around cutie Gaten Matarazzo as he was leaving LAX on Monday, and he said Miz Ryder was just having a problem hearing what David was saying!
But he thinks the whole thing was awesome and everyone was just super pumped to win Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
