The woman who was snacked on by two cheetahs is living to tell the tale about it.
And showing off the scars too…
Violet D’Mello, celebrating her 60th b-day, was mauled by Mark and Monty, two “tame” cheetahs in South Africa’s Kragga Kamma Game Park.
The Scottish tourist was posing for a photo op when one of the cheetahs started attacking.
D’Mello describes the ordeal:
It all happened in just a few minutes, but it was a nightmare.
They weren’t being vicious. You could tell (the cheetahs) were just excited, but it became serious very quickly.
Something inside me just said, ‘Don’t move. Don’t move at all. Don’t react, just play dead.
On top of that, she was still concerned for two children present while SHE was under attack!
Unlike her hubby, Archie, who is outraged over the zoo’s security….
As he did nothing but snap photos of his wife getting eaten by cheetahs.
Violet still claims that the cheetahs were just playing around and the zoo has no idea why Mark and Monty attacked.
