Cox Will Take You to Cougar Town

Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence is teaming up with Courtney Cox on a new show called Cougar Town, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
It’s exactly what you think.
A recently divorced, 40-year old cougar type woman, to be played by Maniston’s best friend, will be the show’s driving force.
Lawrence is quoted as saying,

“Forty-year-old women on TV are so beautiful and perfect and wrinkle-free. People don’t do the reality of it, and there is a real comedy area about a woman who is talking about Botox, about having sex with the lights on and how her body is changing.”

The show is just in the pilot stage, so at the moment there’s no guarantee that you’ll even see it on TV.
If it is picked up, for Cox’s sake, hope it lasts longer than Dirt did!
