Woody Allen Settles

They’ve reached an agreement.

We mentioned earlier that Woody Allen is suing American Apparel over using his image in advertisments without his permission. The original lawsuit was for $10 million and the case finally went to trial this morning.

And now it’s all over.

Seems that Woody caved against the people over at Los Angeles-based clothing manufacturer and agreed to settle the matter for half of his original asking price. Allen’s reps are saying that American Apparel has agreed to settle his lawsuit for $5 million.

Kind of a let down actually. We were ready for this to be drawn out for awhile.

Allen should donate the $5 mill to charity!
