Yes, it├óΓé¼Γäós a viable option. You don├óΓé¼Γäót need a lot. Some hand weights, resistance bands, a yoga mat, a few different workout dvds and you are ready to go — or do your own PT sessions with 5 x 100 punches, with sets of 50 sit ups, push ups, star jumps, burpees, squats, lunges and tricep dips in between each boxing set and that should be a pretty good workout for FREE, my favorite word!
