Long gone are the days where reality show judging panels remain the same for seasons upon seasons!
Reality TV’s most recent judge who announced their exit? X Factor’s L.A. Reid, who, after two seasons, has decided to step down and get back to his Epic Records duties!
Just a week ago, L.A. said he was “a little bit” sad to leave but now, it sounds like he’s changed his tune going to miss the show more than he had originally thought!
Last night, Reid stated:
├óΓé¼┼ôI’m very sad to leave. I’m not happy. But I have responsibilities that I have to get back to. [I] came into this knowing that it wasn’t gonna become my life. Simon and I are really good friends, and he knew at some point I needed to get back to work.”
Aw…! It├óΓé¼Γäóll definitely be different next season without him — we certainly didn├óΓé¼Γäót get our fill of his chair dancing this season! LOLz!
As for what he’ll miss most about the show?
L.A. responded:
├óΓé¼┼ôThe talent. Watching people come in an unknown and walking away famous, [and] some of them walking away real stars├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥that’s the greatest feeling in the world.”
While Simon claims L.A. is already “regretting his decision,” it seems like it was just the judge’s time to move on!
As of right now, Simon says he hasn’t even thought of any possible replacements for Reid, but that he plans to regroup after tonight’s finale!
Wonder who’s already campaigning for the seat???
