On Wednesday, Zayn Malik stopped by Jimmy Fallon‘s The Tonight Show to perform his new single It’s You.
What’s even cooler is that this is the One Direction alum’s TV debut as a solo artist — although it certainly wasn’t supposed to be. LOLz!

While the performance overall was a little underwhelming, we can only imagine the experience was cathartic for the the British cutie as he previously explained this track was about his split with the Little Mix starlet.
