There's no drama like family drama!

Larry Flynt's nephews, his brother's two sons, are starting an adult entertainment business which they plan to call Flynt Media.

Well, the Hustler king isn't happy about the new company name and has filed legal papers calling for his nephews to drop 'Flynt' from the name.

In a recent interview, Larry revealed that up until last year his nephews worked for him. When he let them go (for being 'unproductive') he gave them each $100,000 in severance payment, which they apparently used to go into business against him.

SHADY!

Larry went on to say he would have no objection if his nephews went into another line of work using the Flynt name. But he does object to them entering the same biz that he's been in for 36 years.

We can totally see Larry's point!

Canadian-born R&B singer Keisha Chante has been tapped to portray the late Aaliyah in a biopic recounting the life and untimely death of the hip-hop and R&B artist.

The film is scheduled for release next year.

Although Chante's acting resume is a short one, she has starred in a number of independent flicks and boasts a 2006 R&B album out called 2U with another on the way.

Sources say she was selected for her striking resemblance to the multi Grammy-nominated Aaliyah.

We hope this happens!

A source close to Jennifer Hudson has said that the Oscar winner may perform the Star Spangled Banner at Barack Obama's inauguration on January 20th.

It would be her first public performance/appearance since the horrific murder of her mother, brother and young nephew.

"Organizers want Jennifer to sing 'The Star-Spangled Banner' at the Inauguration on Jan. 20. They are talking to Jennifer about it. It would be the first time she performed since the murders. She is from Chicago and a huge Obama supporter," said the insider.

Do it if you're ready, Jennifer! We've missed you.

Someone must have seen Amy kissing Santa Claus underneath the mistletoe last night because the latest rumor is that the Back to Black singer has been having a bit of a fling with the hotel Saint Nick.

Priceless!

Winehouse has been (hopefully!) cleaning up with a refreshing vacay in St. Lucia and, according to witnesses, is positively smitten with a lad known only as Matt, who also played the hotel's Santa Claus for the holidays.

The red fur-trimmed suit is better than Blaaake's black-and-white, that's for sure!

When questioned, the mystery man turns shy, saying only that he finds Amy "lovely" and the two get along well.

We bet Santa left something nice in her stocking!

Trading Spaces interior designer, Doug Wilson, was popped for an alleged DUI on Tuesday in Decatur, Illinois.

There must be something in the air - or the egg nogg!

After initially failing to yield to a signaling cop car, Wilson was arrested for "aggravated DUI, driving with a suspended license, failing to yield the right-of-way to an emergency vehicle and illegal transportation of alcohol."

He spent some time in the pokey before trading space with a $1000 bond.

Wait, isn't New Year's tonight?

Don't drink and drive! It's dumb…and expensive!

Britney's big brother, Bryan., is reportedly tying the knot TONIGHT with his kid sister Jamie Lynn's manager, Graciella Sanchez.

Jamie Lynn's manager? That's like, entertainment incest, which we suppose suits the Spears family just fine!

Wedding bells are planned to ring this evening, Wednesday, in New Orleans, for a NYE wedding. How cute!

All the Spears brood is going to be in attendance, including Britney.
