Actress Kelly McGillis - who is most notable for her role as Tom Cruise's love interest in Top Gun - is gay!
Duh!
Though rumors regarding her orientation have surrounded McGillis for years, in an interview with SheWired.com, when asked what the gender of her next partner would be, Kelly answered that her partner would "definitely be a woman. I’m done with the man thing. I did that, I need to move on in life."
But it wasn't always easy. McGillis said that learning to accept herself was "an ongoing process from the time I was probably 12. It was a long arduous journey for me. I had a lot of bad things happen to me that made me think God was punishing me for being gay. Life is a freaking journey about coming to terms with who and what you are."
And now that her kids from her two marriages have all grown up, 51-year-old Kelly said she wants to begin "a whole different phase" and return to acting, although not to the "point of losing who I really am."
We wish her the best of luck with her newfound acceptance!
A lawsuit was filed against the musician last year, accusing him of copyright infringement.
Apparently, Wayne didn't get the proper permissions to sample music from folk singer Karma-Ann Swanepoel's song Once which he used in his track I feel Like Dying.
The lawsuit claims that pretty boy Wayne promoted his album Tha Carter III by singing the song in concerts and allowing fans free downloads of the song on his website.
Well, now Lil' is fighting back! Wayne just filed a suit against Rebel Rock Productions Inc, who produced the song I Feel Like Dying. The rapper claims they should have been the ones responsible for securing the proper permissions and licenses.

Sacha Baron Cohen, posing as the Austrian TV reporter Bruno, interviewed Abdrool for the upcoming flick and Paula had no idea that she was part of the joke!
"Paula was totally fooled. She bought into his character and to this day isn't aware she was fooled," a source revealed to reporters.

Madonna has reportedly come to an agreement with ex-hubby Guy Ritchie to allow Guy to look after the kids in England while Madge completes the European leg of her Sticky & Sweet tour this summer!
Guy will be watching over sons Rocco and David Banda for three months, even though Madonna recently filed and won a court order for her sons to be named permanent residents in the States.
"Guy absolutely dotes on his children and can't wait to have them for a whole three months," a source close to the family told reporters.
The friend continued, "He is surprised and pleased that Madonna is being so generous - as she has at times been impossible… Madonna will be traveling a lot and agreed it makes sense for them to stay with Guy rather than constantly be uprooted."
We have a feeling the three months with Pops will be Rocco and David's first true summer vacation!!
"He'll make it a summer they won't forget," said Ritchie's friend.
Guy's planning on renovating the entire mansion to remove all traces of Madge's stuffiness and make the abode kid-friendly; he'll even be installing a indoor pool against the wishes of Madonna!
Will the boys even want to go back to living with Madge at the end of the summer???
