Denied!

A judge has just denied a motion filed by pussyboy Nick Hogan‘s attorney to have him placed under house arrest until he is 18-years-old, according to a new report.

The motion says Nick’s unhappy with the conditions at the Pinellas County Jail.

How many times do we have to say this???? JAIL IS NOT A VACATION!!!!

Since he’s not old enough to be part of the general population, the Hogan’s shameful son is being held in solitary confinement.

We’re glad that the judge didn’t let the little bitch get his way!

The whiney ass just needs to get over it and serve the time.
