Lindsay is gonna be livid….especially cuz she's not making money off these pics!
The loser is hawking several snapshots of Lohan in various states of undress. Giles has partnered up with a photo agency to broker his deals and license the photos he took to all the celeb magazines and outlets.
If Lohan's lawyers threaten to sue anyone who runs the pics, Riley and his team will have a hard time selling them.
This latest betrayal comes hot on the heels of Riley's tell-all interview to a British tabloid.
