This is enough to send Britney over the edge!

K-Fed (with the support of Lynne & Jamie Spears) is in full-on attack mode — determined to save his babies.

Just this past week, Kevin filed a motion in court for primary physical custody of his children. And, now, this past weekend, he took it to a whole new level!

At 3 A.M. Sunday morning, Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, initiated a commando-style raid in the dead of the night to serve Alli Sims, Brit’s assistant/cousin, with papers!

The papers were served by Aaron Cohen, who owns IMS-Security, an elite Hollywood security firm made up of former Israeli Counter Terror commandos.

Life & Style magazine is reporting that at the time of serving, Alli was at an LA house party, and was "absolutely angry" about what was happening, says an eyewitness.

Only a few hours earlier, Brit was having dinner in LA with two male friends, totally unaware of the unfolding drama.

Life & Style has learned that the documents state that as part of the ongoing custody battle between Spears and Federline, Alli will be grilled about Brit’s parenting skills – everything from whether she drinks too much, does drugs, is always out partying or even changes diapers herself.

It's pretty obvious Tater Tot and Small Fry should be with their dad and grandparents right now.

The sad thing about this is that Britney has known that her parenting skills have been in question since the beginning. If she was smart she would have done everything in her power to make sure she was seen in the best possible light.
