As PerezHilton.com was the first to exclusively report, Britney's "cousin" Alli Sims, who was served with a court summons this past weekend, was only the first pawn to go down in a much more complicated chess game.
Others close to Spears were expected to be served and they have!
Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Daimon Shippen was served with legal papers on Monday night, under the direction of Federline's lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan.
Daimon is Britney's former bodyguard and rumored boyfriend. The pair - who went on a series of dates and even went to church together - appear to have fallen out recently, as they haven't been seen in public and Shippen was working with a different female client on Monday night.
K-Fed's military trained team of legal processors, lead by Aaron Cohen, served Daimon with a subpoena, forcing him to appear in court to testify on Britney's parenting skills (or lack thereof).
They better subpoena Lynne Spears too.
