Hollywood Studios Are Doing Some Belt Tightening Too

Just like Marc Jacobs and MTV, Hollywood studios are scaling back their holiday partying.
According to Variety, Disney and Viacom are nixing bashes and Sony’s cutting their annual tented affair back!
Hollywood caterers also report that studios aren’t lavishing unabashedly at after-premiere parties.
If cutting back on partying helps pays the payroll, that’s a good thing, right?
