McMahon Settles Up Lawsuit

Poor, old Ed McMahon.
Well, not so poor anymore.
McMahon just settled a malpractice claim he filed against a Los Angeles hospital after breaking his neck! Ouch!
The former Johnny Carson sidekick sued Cedars-Sinai Medical Center back in July 2008. He claimed that the doctors failed to diagnose his neck injury and discharged him without even bothering to take an X-ray.
A lawyer for the hospital said the malpractice case was settled out of court, but he declined to give further details.
Translation: They paid him big bucks!!!
Good for you Eddie! It’s time someone gave you a big check!
