Shia LeBeouf shies away from the Young Hollywood club scene. Instead, he prefers to chill with his homies and do normal things, like going to the beach in Malibu on Sunday.

And we thank him for that!

The Transformers hottie has been bulking up for his role in the new Indiana Jones movie and his efforts seem well worth it.

    I hate to be the one to say it, but its true- In Hollywood, muscle gain and tone can easily be helped along with the right combination of certain steroids. Everyone thinks steroids and they picture the Incredible Hulk, but that's not the case. I'm not saying dear, sweet, Shia LeJew didn't work his ass off to get that way, but I really believe that he's had some injectable help along the way.
