Vane$$a Hudgens Sues Former Manager!

Disney darling Vanessa Hudgens has slapped her former manager with a big ol’ lawsuit!
Why????
Well, Hudgens brokered a “secret settlement” with former manager Johnny Viera by paying off Viera back in April when he sued Hudgens for not handing over his $hare of her earnings!
But with Viera’s MySpace page alleging that he still manages Vanessa, Hudgens is suing the gold digger for “violating” the settlement!
Vanessa must have forked over a ton of $$$$ last spring to warrant a lawsuit!!
UPDATE: Viera has just issued an official statement. Says the former manager, “The claim is without merit and I am hopeful we can move past this very soon!├óΓé¼┬¥
