Behind McSteamy's Sex Tape!

Although Eric Dane and wife Rebecca Gayheart did not (according to their lawyer) have sex with beauty queen turned Celebrity Rehab-er/Hollywood Madam Kari Ann Peniche, they sure did pull their junk out and have some fun!
The video, which involved the two women playing dress up and soaking in the bathtub, was shot more than two years ago in Kari's apartment.
Eric shows every inch of his talent as a director!
Peniche claims that the video was stored on her computer's hard drive, but during her stint rooming with trashtastic country singer Mindy McCready post Rehab, it disappeared.
Mindy and Kari had several money disputes and it is assumed that Mindy stole the hard drive in retribution.
Last month, Eric, Rebecca, Kari Ann and Mindy had a meeting about who would have rights to the the video.
McSteamy received full rights to the tape and that was assumed to be the end of it!

The video is really lame and he doesn't look too hot it in and his alter ego name is Peter!!! As for his wife, well she is clearly heard saying 'I need to lie down as I'm high'…I thought she had cleaned up her act since she killed that little boy by running over him in her car.
