This morning, Team Kate Gosselin got an email from the camp representing Jon Gosselin.
He has just acquired the $152,000 he was ordered to repay to their joint account. During their hearing, the judge ordered that Jon wire the money to Kate's lawyers, but that hasn't been done yet.
Hope he didn't put a check in the mail as Kate's lawyer, Mark Momjian, revealed that if he gets the money today, he'll cancel the court hearing on Monday.
Ah, what does Jon care? If he goes to court again that means more time with the paparazzi. We're sure he misses his pals!
Next on the agenda will be the hearing about the $55,000 Jon has accused Kate of taking out of the joint account. We're betting she has receipts for every use of that money!

Perez, you're nuts if you DON'T post on the Gosselins! Seriously, I think this is the absolute best story out there. There isn't any soap opera or show out there right now that has more drama, more twists, more interesting, unbelieveable characters than the Gosselins. I don't normally follow any of the Hollywood gossip because I truly couldn't care less about the "stars", but this whole saga has been riveting: funny, jaw-dropping, sometimes stupid, sometimes sad…..don't believe the people who keep saying to stop posting because, obviously, they ARE reading what you're writing about the Gosselins. Here's to more drama unfolding next week as things heat up again!

leave Jon alone. he took up with a lot of bullshit with that women(kate) and he deserves his money that he made of the show. If there was a show "kate plus 8" i wouldn't watch it..I liked the show before cause it showed me how much Jon cared about the kids and how they enjoyed playing with him instead of her but now the show sucks and it's all about how there dealing with their realtionship instead of thinking about thier kids. Glad its over.

At least Jon put pack 28k quickly so Kate could pay the bills in her purse.Jon is now saying Kate will be in contempt is she did not account for her 52k. The judge did not charge with contempt, only JON. Jon is such a LIAR. Chelsey from Chelsey Lately on E said she is half Jewish and Jon says he is half Jewish now. Chelsey, we don't want you, Jon. OMG I literally just bumped into Jon at Party City!!! He was looking at costumes for the kids! But he looked really nervous and scared that someone would recognize him. Thankfully here in PA we let people go on with their business so no one bothered him. I think it's time the whole world gave him a break.
Perez "reported" before that the money (the amount changes with every post or news story) was to be replaced in the account. Why would it be given to Kate's lawyer? This is not her money, it's marital property. Also, wouldn't the judge be in charge of whether there's a hearing on Monday or not? This whole story reeks, kinda like the entire JK+8 phenomenon.

MAKE THEM GO AWAY! Why does every detail about their lives have to be revealed to the public? I was hoping that once they were off the air that we would not be seeing them again for a long time - but nooooooooo!
