Richard‘s attorney states that his client will plead guilty on Friday to charges of attempting to influence a public servant, which is a big, fat felony!!!

His wife, Mayumi will plead guilty to misdemeanor of false reporting to authorities, but she’s got bigger problems. Not only can these charges put the two in jail, but she could be deported.

According to her attorney, due to Mayumi’s Japanese citizenship, “any felony conviction or certain misdemeanors would result in her deportation, even though her husband and children are Americans.”

Not that we want these idiots to stay, but they cannot leave those kids with Richard!
