Rich to the Gays: "Suck It!"

Country music superstar John Rich of Big & Rich believes that gays and lesbians are second class citizens that should not be granted equal rights.
That’s not exactly shocking news. It’s just sad and small-minded.
In an interview with The Tennessean, John said he is an avid supporter of Fred Thompson’s presidential bid because he’s a conservative who agrees with Fred’s voting record.
The pro-lifer is against gay marriage.
He tells the paper, “I think if you legalize that, you’ve got to legalize some other things that are pretty unsavory.”
Two gay men or women that want to make a commitment to each other and possibly start families is unsavory?
Stop with the self-hate John.

Sums up Rich, “It’s actually a risky thing for an entertainer to get into politics, but I’d rather take a chance on alienating some fans than sit by idly and watch Hillary Clinton go trotting into the White House.”
