Now that Cheryl Tweedy is getting her life back in order after her extreme bout with malaria, doctors are reportedly making sure that the British singer maintains a healthier diet!
"Before she got sick, Cheryl's diet was terrible. She used to skip meals and was so busy with work that she never had time to think about food, she'd even smoke instead of eating. Cheryl's doctor told her that she needs a lot more protein, which is a challenge for her as she's basically a vegetarian. But she does eat fish, so she's been eating a lot of that - and vegetable risotto is also a current favorite."
We're thrilled to hear that!
Nobody should be working themselves to the point where they don't have time to eat!
Besides, healthy diet means more energy!
