Georgia Edwards is a 4-year-old One Direction fan with Rett Syndrome — a rare neurological disorder that can cause severe physical and mental disability in children.
Georgia's dream came true after her friends started a campaign called #Georgies1DWish, which aimed to get her to meet her favorite band!
The campaign was seen by Louis Tomlinson's mother Johannah Deakin, who was so moved that she arranged for Georgie and her mother to attend a concert — and even meet the band!
Louis posted about the inspiring meet up on his Twitter, sharing:
