Wonderful. Yet another couple who can't manage to keep things civil in the name of their children.

It's been a while since Peter Andre and Katie Price have called each other lovers, but the pair still share children together, which means they will never be out of each other's lives for good. As it turns out, the couple are still in the midst of figuring out a custody arrangement and Peter is apparently determined to get ugly should things not go his way.

Sources are reporting that Peter has compiled heaps of "evidence" against Katie that calls into question her parenting skills. Apparently, Peter's insisting that Katie is "mentally unfit" to care for their two kids, citing a recent incident involving their youngest child, Princess, who was burned on her back while in Katie's care.

Ouchy! Poor baby! We bet that hurt a lot!

When the police, who were notified presumably by Peter, questioned Katie about the burn, she revealed that the little one got too close to a hot towel rail and that it was purely an accident. But Peter has more than just accusations. He also claims to have video footage of Katie berating the children with obscenities.

However, Katie and her reps are staying firm, telling sources that all of this "evidence" is just another "publicity stunt" on Peter's part. We don't doubt that, but if we were the judge, we'd also take his evidence into serious consideration. No matter what, the welfare of those children has to come first!

It never ends with these two, does it?!

Recently, a story was published in the Sunday Mirror that suggested that called Katie Price's parenting skills into question because her daughter, Princess Tiaamii, had been badly burned by a hair straightening iron!

This, of course, has spurred a nasty war of words between the former glamour model and her ex-husband, Peter Andre, and both are pointing the finger of blame at each other for the incident!

To be perfectly honest, we thrilled that little Princess is okay, but we think that her parents should be more concerned about the emotional scars that they're inflicting on her by using her as a means to lash out at each other in the press!

So sad.

As we mentioned earlier this month, Peter Andre has a new lady friend named Elen Rivas.

And it seems things are going well for the two.

The pair was spotted late last night as they celebrated Elen’s 36th birthday.

At around 3:00am they were seen leaving the members-only Shoreditch House in London.

They do make a good looking couple.

Peter Andre has been spotted out and about with a mystery woman all over London, and now it's being confirmed that her name is Elen Rivas, and the pair are, indeed, a couple!

Her spokeswoman confirmed recently:

'I can confirm Elen and Peter are in a relationship. No further comment will be made.'

Sources close to the couple continued that the two met through mutual friends in November, and have gotten on so well that they even spent Christmas together!

And Andre was quoted saying:

"She is so classy and beautiful, just the change I needed after everything that has happened in the last two years."

No truer words have ever been spoken, bb!

Peter Andre is currently recovering after being rushed to the hospital for "excruciating" stomach pains.

After doctors performed an "emergency" procedure, he is now at home and recovering well.

His official website posted a message about his current condition:

"Peter had to have an emergency operation yesterday afternoon which was a success. Pete was released from hospital earlier today and is recovering.

Peter would like to thank everyone for their support and their messages."

Because of his illness, he was forced to cancel the opening of his UK tour on Friday in Plymouth, south-west England, however, according to his website, Andre plans to return to the stage TONIGHT!!

He must really be feeling better!

After suffering from "excruciating" stomach pains, Peter Andre was rushed to the hospital on Friday. Unfortunately, he had to cancel his concert at Plymouth tonight.

"At present we do not know what is causing him to be in so much pain," said his manager, Claire Powell. "Peter is terribly disappointed that he is unable to perform at tonight’s sold out opening night."

Plymouth Pavilions also released a statement:

"Peter Andre was rushed to hospital in the early hours of this morning with excruciating pains in his stomach. At present he is being monitored closely and being kept in for extensive tests and scans."

Peter was due to play at Plymouth Pavilions tonight for the first night of his Arena tour. However, this has had to be postponed due to his current condition and will be re-scheduled for 21st December 2010."

And this isn't the first time he's had tummy troubles! He collapsed earlier this year from gallstones while jogging.

His ex, Katie Price, broke the news of his illness on her Twitter.

She Tweeted:

"I'm told CAN are going to release a statement saying pete been rushed to hospital with stomach pains!why does press need to know! Hope Pete ok."

Oh boy! Poor guy has enough to deal with.

Powell is hoping Pete will be well enough to perform at Minehead on Saturday as scheduled.

Well, this is a first for her!

Jordan Katie Price has declared on Twitter that she no longer wants her children to appear in the public eye.

Despite appearing with her children in magazine shoots and several reality shows, Katie now says the children will not be on her new reality show. She wrote:

start filming for my new reality show this week junior and princess won't be in any of my shows or any photo shoots again x

I want to withdraw them from the public eye as I want them to have as normal a childhood as possible and want them to choose what they want

One follower replied to Katie's tweet, saying, "It's a bit late for that, isn't it!" in which she responded, "its not to[o] late nothings to late."

A spokesperson for Katie even released a statement confirming that she will keep her children out of the spotlight:

I believe Junior and Princess are now of an age where they are starting to become aware of the attention they are subject to and it is beginning to impact on them.

If their lives remain in the public eye they could become the subject of unnecessary interest and attention of many other pupils, their families, strangers and so on.

I don't want that. Its not healthy for them. I want them to live normal and ordinary lives as privately as possible, to enjoy their childhood without unnecessary and unwelcome attention, as far away as can be from public fuss and interest. There are too, of course, security implications.

Therefore I cannot justify to myself putting my children into the public domain to make my photo-shoots and TV programmes more attractive and more valuable when it is starting to impact on their ability to grow up normally. I have to put my children first and I hope people will accept this decision on that basis."

Interestingly, Katie only mentioned her two children with Peter Andre, Junior and Princess Tiaamii, and failed to confirm whether or not she would keep her her first son, Harvey, whose father is soccer player Dwight Yorke, out of the public eye as well.

That doesn't seem fair to Harvey!

This just smells like another publicity stunt to us. We wouldn't put it past Katie!
