They're going to lay down the track in studio! A source says:

The GLAAD Awards are going to make some LGBT stars very happy this year!

The awards honor openly gay, lesbian, and transgender artists who are helping to make the world a better place to be who you are.

Nominations were announced Wednesday morning, and we're excited to see some of out faves!

Anderson Cooper 360, Glee, Modern Family, Smash, and The New Normal were among the nominees in the TV category.

In music, both Frank Ocean and Adam Lambert were honored with noms for their new albums.

Also recognized were the films The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and ParaNorman.

GLAAD prez Herndon Graddick is proud of all 120 nominees. He says:

"Images and stories from the LGBT community continue to push support for equality to historic levels.

Now more than ever, viewers not only accept gay and transgender characters and plot lines, they expect them – just as they both accept and expect LGBT people to be a valuable part of their everyday lives."

We couldn't agree more! The LGBT community is broader and more accepted than ever before!

And boy are we GLAAD!

Was Adam Lambert spending a lil' too much time harshly critiquing Les Mis to ensure longevity at his record label?

The fiery-mouthed American Idol alum and 19 Recordings have split the eff up, doing so "amicably" according to both parties' reps.

While he and 19 Management broke up back in August 2011, the current move with 19R is one that's being sung as the next step in Adam's "evolution."

…apparently January was the expiration date for his contract, though he's still currently on the roster at RCA Records.
