Adnan Ghalib could face deportation to Afghanistan if found guilty of his assault charges.

Ghalib has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon, hit-and-run, and battery following a February incident in which Pube Face attempted to run over - in his car! - a process server with a restraining order against the pap.

If found guilty, Landing Strip faces either 7 years in jail or deportation to Afghanistan.

A source from the Los Angeles police explains, "'The country of citizenship listed on the legal files is where someone convicted of a serious crime will be deported to whether they hold a green card or not."

Though there is some "confusion on his [Ghalib's] court documents over where he comes from," we can only hope that Pubes gets sent far far away!

As we've mentioned before, several people from Britney Spears' camp have testified that Osama Lutfi has been contacting Brit Brit through text messages.

But leave it to a douchebag to place the blame on everyone else!

In a declaration filed by Lutfi with the court, he states that he never had any direct contact with Spears. But he does say that Brit Brit messaged HIM!!! He adds that he never contacted her directly, instead doing it through her former loser of an ex, Adnan Ghalib and a few others.

Lutfi claims that "I did not initiate any direct communication with Britney Spears. Although I did receive text messages from her, all responses to those messages were conveyed to Britney through others, including … Adnan Ghalib."

Osama also claims that he never threatened "any act of violence against Britney or her family."

Threats don't have to be physical to hurt. Psychological damage is just as bad!

Poppa Jamie Spears won this round!

Britney Spears' conservator has been trying to extend her current restraining order against shady former "manager" Osama Lutfi, her ex, paparazzo Adnan Ghalib, and their attorney, John Eardley. Especially after finding out that Lutfi had given Brit Brit a pre-paid cellphone to chat with her secretly.

But good news for the Spears family.

A judge has now extended the restraining orders against the three idiots until the next hearing - on April 1st.

The Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has issued the extension in order to hear a few more testimonies in the case. Poppa Spears' attorneys will offer up more witness to prove Osama and his followers were trying to break up the conservatorship.

Those going to court in defense of Brit include her hairdresser, a security guard, and of course Poppa Spears.

The Spears' attorneys will also be showing how Lufti broke his previous restraining order restrictions and repeatedly tried to reach Brit Brit.

Let's hope they keep Lufti and Adnan far, far away from Britney!

Adnan Ghalib, Britney Spears' former paparazzi ex, was in court today, Wednesday, to face the three felony counts filed against him by the Los Angeles district attorney's office.

As y'all know, landing strip face tried to run over a court-appointed process server a few weeks ago. The poor guy was just trying to do his job by serving the former pap with papers related to the Britney restraining order case. All charges are related to that incident.

Adnan pleaded not guilty to all three charges and proceeded to bail him self out by posting $110,000.

Where the hellz did he get that money?

Osama Lufti?!

We hope the courts throw the book hard at Adnan!

A few weeks ago, we mentioned that Britney Spears' former lover, Adnan Ghalib, tried to run over a court-appointed process server with his car and as a result, he's just been charged with THREE felonies!

On Tuesday, the LA District Attorney charged Adnan with assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and hit and run.

The process server was reportedly trying to serve the landing stripped-one with legal papers related to the Britney restraining order case.

Hope he'll do lots of time for these crimes!

Somebody call air traffic control, cuz the Landing Strips seem to be getting out of control.

Speaking of daughter Britney's prohibited cell phone communication with Osama Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib, father and wrangler Jamie told a Los Angeles court on Monday, "I believe he's [Lutfi] a predator, I believe he's very dangerous to her [Britney] … and causes her a lot of anguish and disbelief. We've asked him to go away before, and now he's coming back. We just want the man to go away. Just leave us alone."

Leave Britney alone! Duh.

Jamie also added, "I never thought I'd be taking care of my 27-year-old daughter like she was a 15-year-old girl."

Okay, he didn't say that, but we're sure he thought it!

Landing Strip Lutfi countered that it was Brit reaching out to him, not the other way around, though he admitted he's relayed messages through her hairdresser.

But Daddy Spears said that Lutfi sent him a "series of threatening text messages" attempting to "extort my daughter" under the handle "citygalin310."

"xXxBritneyFanxXx" was already taken!

Jamie replied to the messages with "What are you looking for? Our family has been through so much" which then elicited a tearful phone call from Landing Strop Number 1 in which he "fell apart" and "went on and on. He said he knew what was wrong with [Britney]" and proposed a meeting with Jamie. At that point Jamie referred him to their lawyer.

Jamie also testified that Lutfi was responsible for Britney's breakdown last year by telling the singer that she got the kids for one more night. When K-Fed and a bodyguard showed up to claim the kids, all hell broke loose, leaving Britney, in her father's words, "just very messed up."

How lovely, two grown men arguing pettily over text messages. Maybe Britney is the more mature one after all.

The circus case continues in court on Wednesday.

Dramz!

Britney Spears' dad, Jamie, took the stand on Monday in the ongoing Osama Lutfi/Adnan Ghalib restraining order case.

He revealed that the shady duo was somehow able to get a pre-paid cell phone to Brit as part of their plot to sabotage his conservatorship!

Daddy Spears told the court that he found out about the pre-paid cell phone via a nanny. Said nanny heard Brit chatting with shady Osama and Adnan in the early morning hours one day and ratted the pop tart out.

Apparently, if Sam did have any contact with Britney, it would have been in violation of a court order to stay away from her.

The more we hear the more we can see why Daddy Spears is trying to make the temporary restraining order against Osama and Adnan permanent!

Sam Lutfi is striking back at accusations that he is trying to harm Britney Spears and insisting that he isn't a creepy slimeball. He's suing the Spears fam for defamation and battery.

In new papers filed on Friday, Brit's former manager is saying that the pop star is actually the one reaching out to him through text messages, despite a court order against it, although he does also admit that he's delivered messages through Britney's hairdresser and ex-boyfriend, Landing-Strip Adnan. He insists that the messages were in no way harmful.

Lutfi's lawyer, Bryan Freedman, tells People that "I don't think anyone would want to have on public record allegations of behavior that weren't committed. A restraining order to is protect someone against stalkers and people who want to commit violence, and that description doesn't fit my client."

Daddy Spears and his legal team, however, are saying that Lutfi, Ghalib, and their lawyer are working in cahoots to "disrupt the conservatorship with utter disregard for Ms. Spears's health and well being," and that Lutfi allegedly sent Britney's hairdresser a message which read, "I've done everything I can to free her from [the conservatorship]. Very close to getting her free now."

Leave Britney alone!

It's expected to all go down this Wednesday in court.

As we mentioned earlier, Adnan Ghalib stands accused of assault with a deadly weapon!

Britney Spears's former paparazzo boyfriend reportedly ran over a process server with his car on Wednesday.

The poor dude was attempting to serve Ghalib with a restraining order, for which he's purposefully been avoiding service.

PerezHilton.com has obtained these exclusive images of the injuries the server has sustained!

Here's exactly what went down, according to our sources.

- Agents of the court have been trying to serve Adnan with a temporary restraining order for the past few days.

- Wednesday evening, an agent of the court spotted Ghalib at the residency where he's been staying with his ex-wife, Azlynn Berry.

- The court officer spotted Adnan exiting the apt and entering his car, which was parked in a very narrow alley outside the apartment.

- The agent approached Adnan on the driver side window with the temporary restraining order in hand in an attempt to serve him.

- As soon as Adnan saw him he turned his wheels towards the agent and hit him with his vehicle.

- The agent fell on the hood of the car while Adnan was speeding and zig zagging in the alley for 30-40 yards.

- The agent was thrown all the way to the right side of the pavement 30-40 yards from the place he tried to serve him.

- The agents wrist was fractured and he spent the nite in the ER.

-Police responded to a 911 call and a report of assault with a deadly weapon was filed.

- Adnan fled the scene and did not return.

So shady!!!!
